We all know that the Bigg Boss house has its fair share of drama, but the tears of last night’s housemate were not because of strategy, nominations, or fighting — it was something far more personal to contestant Nehal Chudasama, her chicken.
Nehal is adamant about her fitness and what she eats. She had tidied the kitchen to prepare her own dinner and went off to get ready. She couldn’t believe what the other housemates had done to her chicken when she stepped into the kitchen area. She was clearly very upset leading up to an epic meltdown where she cried and said she was upset that every time she prepares food and walks away for a moment, everyone else finishes off her prepared food without saving her one.
The incident led her to confronted housemate Abhishek Bajaj – Abhishek was talking to Kunickaa, but appeared fine to respond when Nehal stormed up to him and asked what had happened to her chicken. Abhishek simply said he had just eaten one of her chicken pieces, and that he put the other chicken piece in the fridge for her. Nehal was too upset to be calmed down.
Nehal explained as she continued to cry, that she required at least four pieces of chicken to reach her protein requirements for the day, and when she woke up that morning the only thing that she was able to have to eat was a protein shake.
For her – protein intake is absolute and needed. A required part of her strict routine of fitness.
What felt like a very small kitchen-based misunderstanding turned into an important moment of emotional consequence which represented the larger, everyday challenges of sharing spaces in the Bigg Boss house. For Nehal, it was not simply about food – but her health, discipline, and the effort she puts into being fit, even with the madness of the games.
